They just got another band, with NOAA 1 hour storm counts of up to 1.2 inches in parts of the watershed, and hourly rainfall totals of 0.5-0.75 inches blanketed over the whole watershed.

My guess(only my opinion) is that the river will at least get up to 2.5 on the Mt. Sterling gauge today, and 2.8-3.0 feet is definitely possible.
