....is that the NWSRA language on Chattooga very specifically states the goals of enhancing and protecting boating opportunities. The boating ban is very clearly in violation of NWRSA, and by supporting the ban Chattooga Conservancy are undermining the effectiveness of NWSRA everywhere.

Chattooga Conservancy is also clearly trying to fuel a user group conflict over the issue as well. We can only guess at the motives of the Conservancy for doing so, but it would be hard to imagine that they could be related to conservation.
