I think that the Mountain Surf Drytop is sweet for the price. It is quality, it is comfortable, and they even make it in XXL sizes if you are a guy with big shoulders or if you are just damn tall.

My buddy has got one, he is an XXL guy. Loves it. Stays warm and dry. Works great. He got his at Gauley Fest, but you can order them online.
