An access trail needs to be built. AW mentioned they would need help to build the trail but they haven't announced anything recently.

I've also heard that the run is pretty choked up with wood - a side effect of no flow in the river for a few decades. Wonder if there are plans to remove some of the dangerous stuff before the releases start.

Still no official word on when releases will start, either.....

I would e-mail the stewardship director but past experience shows he doesn't respond to e-mail from the AW general membership.
