The lake was 100.2' this afternoon and they've shut it down and now it's 100.4'.

I looked on Chris' page and failed to find a message. Where'd you see it?

A lightning strike has damaged some equipment at Tuxedo Hydro Station. With one unit out of service for maintenance and ongoing rain in the area, Lake Summit will continue to spill until repairs can be made; however, we do not expect Lake Summit?s level to exceed 102 feet. As always, Duke Energy encourages those living along lakes, streams and other low-lying and flood prone areas to pay special attention to changing weather conditions and take any necessary precautions. We will provide additional updates as conditions change.

Wonder if this will effect the planned draw-down to 70' -- to start in September. Prolly not.
