Decide whether or not you want a zipper across your chest or across your shoulders.................
I have a Palm Stikine and like the zipper across my shoulders better than across my torso. The Kokotat is very, very good, but uses a chest zipper.
Peak UK makes one that has the zipper in the inside of the legs.
The IR and Peak are supposed to be pretty good, but I haven't worn them. The Kokotat and Palm are excellent for durability and the Kokotat has the best customer service in the industry, along w/ IR.
Palm and Peak UK are located in the UK, so warranty stuff is a bit more to manage. Ask Gavin Rains about how the Peak warranty process works.
