I bought a Kokatat Rogue (the best it seems) and had to return it due to it being the most uncomfortable thing I've ever put on my body. The latex neck felt terrible to me. I got a IR Rival semi-dry with neoprene neck (much more comfortable) and latex wrists and it feels alot better. It is not as dry and your situation/preference may be different. I don't paddle extreme cold either.
