I've got a big group that comes down from Maryland and the DC area every mid-May for a week of Smokies/North Georgia paddling. The Tellico is nearly always boatable that time of year and the TP KOA always gives us a nice group rate on their tent sites.

I haven't heard any progress reports recently on their recovery from the tornado damage.
