The Middle Tellico is roadside, scenic, has some great Class III rapids but isn't quite as challenging as the Ocoee. The harder stuff on the Middle Tellico is above Turkey Creek with a couple of III+ rapids. After that it is mostly "easy" Class III.

As an added bonus, the class IV crowd can run the ledges before or after you do the middle.
