My original post was to bring up questions of... Does more regulations bring about more possible lawsuits. (I guess I used a poor example for my questions) Is the FS essentially opening a can of worms they do not intend with a CFS minumum. I know of no other river that a governement agency says you cannot be here unless this amount is flowing. I do know of land management agencies shutting down access because of flooding.

I'm fully aware of the responsibity I have when I get on a river. Thanks

Stupid levels being stupid regulated numbers. River levels of high/low/meduim/optimal will always be debated. And with the Flow Study it seems some of these #'s are a little grey.

AW does work toward gaining access through many means. One of which is through the court system. If you are concerned about adding to the amount of lawsuits in this country then AW might not be an orpinization to give to.

My spelling and sentence structure is horrible and I apologize to all and ask for your patience with my short comings.

Thread dead. Thanks for your response :)
