Maybe the increased flows are not the best idea. Sure it allows the companies to move more people through the flat water, but it seams to push swimmers into bad places faster. Has anyone else noticed less hardboaters on the upper? People seem to be heading to the lower more. What were the releases in the old day's 2400-2600? Maybe they could extend the season.
