Really? Publically humiliated someone?
hardboater

Go back to the original post and do a cut and paste of exactly where a person was identified. In fact, you wont find one time in any posts up to the time he posted himself. I told a story with a person named "boater". The public humiliation occured when he posted his apology and put a name with it. Up to that point, he would have walked away with a "wow, I really did these guys wrong", which he absolutely deserved. Would it have been better to call the police? Showing up to court in front of a bunch of people isnt public humiliation? Nor is having your name or face in the newspaper....thats small cookies kind stuff right? He paid $1,100 doing it their way, which he puts in some limelight like it makes him a hero. Had they taken him to court, it would have been $1,100 + a fine + court costs + time off work.... I think he could stand a little scorn, he really got off kinda easy.

I'll tell you what amazes me Tera. The way people changed sides...hopped the fence so to speak...the moment a name was associated. Oh, it was Marshall, well, thats ok I guess. Look at this thread....bright idea, lets tell him he's the one coming out the bigger man. Really? Gotta say, I bet everyone who's been busted doin a dirty deed will tell ya "I'm sorry" when their trying to get their ass out of the fire.
