Power Slide V was downgraded to IV+
Rapid Transit V was downgraded to IV+

Oh, on the Rapid editing drop-down, it turns out there is no IV- option. Maybe there used to be.

There! A few clicks later and bingo. Easy breezy. We'll have it ALL down into the III-IV range in short order. One step at a time.
