I'm only 20. Therefore, I was not alive back then (or even thought of haha) but the people I have met have been through my dad or just people who worked at the plant after the move and then until now people who have or still work there. Dad worked there in 1980 after taking the advice of Bill Masters (who apparently would go to Lowes in Easley and buy from the lumber yard). I don't think my Dad worked there too long, but being from Easley, I know tons of people who worked at all of the different Aquaterra/Perception locations. Thus, giving me access to some great vintage Perception/Aquaterra paddling gear! (Purple splash top and neon yellow pants being the tip of the iceburg) But I'm sure we know people in common...are you from Liberty or Easley??????
