Aside from the environmental correctness issue...this does beg a question to me. Who would have the right of way? Normally the boat going downstream has preference, correct? For example, if I'm surfing a hole I have to yield and get out of the way for the craft upstream headed downriver. In this case, you actually have a large craft moving upstream. My gut still says it's downstream momentum that takes the cake, but I was a little curious.
