We floated into a scene where the engine of a jet boat had failed nearing the top of a rapid. Unsure of the name. The boat was dead in the water, and had drifted into a large boulder and pinned sideways. The upstream side of the hull dipped into the flow and quickly filled pinning the boat worse.

We were able to pull the d-ring (used for securing the boat to a trailer) off the hull, but the boat didn't move...

Bet than was a pretty sickening feeling for the captain..."I'm given it all she's got!"
