I generally roll up using the sweep or off of the back deck. If I'm rolling from the sweep my feet barely touch the bulk head because my knees are engaged in the thigh braces. If I'm rolling off of the back deck I use the bulk head to push against to arch my back and get the blade to the top (or near) of the the water then as sweeping off of the back my knees engage for the hip snap.
I'm going off of the office chair feel. I'll pay more attention next time I'm on the water.
