	Hi,     My boss wants me to arrange for a trip down the Ocoee ,   I've guided but it was  many years ago . Who is the most professional company with the best guides , typically ? I've kayaked there for many years , but just notice enough of the rafts to steer clear .   Thanks in advance , TBaker
