What an awesome week. We headed from Bratislava through Prague via Zbuzany to Leipzig for the 3rd and final world cup. I was super fired up to see this course. I've only been here before the course was built but now I was going to get to race on it. After leaving Ljubljana, Slovenia I skipped out on the 2nd World Cup in France basically because it was a long long long long long.... drive. The first world cup is over. It was held in over the last 3 days in Slovenia, on the course in Tacen just 20 minutes drive from the city center of Ljubljana.The race kicked off on Friday with the qualification race. A rapid decent into Europe from the USA left us on the banks of the river in Ivera at 4am after a brutal transit from Vail, Colorado.
