We were heading to the Forks of the French Broad on Saturday and made a U-turn in Elizabethton for a bigger adventure! Elk, the land of giants in the Northern Mountains of our region! This was my first time back to this run in two years and it has not got any smaller! Indeed a very great day ...
A run down the Elk at low flow, still fun but a bit abusive on the ole' plastic.
