Endless River Adventures pledges sponsorship to the newly formed Augusta, GA chapter

A new chapter of Team River Runner has been formed in Augusta, GA. Endless River Adventures (ERA) has committed to sponsoring the newly formed chapter with equipment procurement and hands-on training for volunteer staff and participating vets.

BoaterTalk Gear is now available. We've set up a basic CafePress store to allow you to get your hands on some BoaterTalk Gear.

I've been making some improvements to the gauge functionality on BoaterTalk. Here is a summary what is now available.

A group of ladies started a discussion about the need for an all women's paddling event.  Plans progressed and the Boater Chick Festival  benefiting American Whitewater was born.

Why Boatertalk? What are we about? Boatertalk is about the community and the information. The Internet is currently fascinated by social networking. Myspace, Facebook, and that kind of thing. There is a lot of video sharing out there as well. Lots of multimedia, and lots of games and toys. If you want to spend a lot of time playing games and browsing videos, there are sites out there for you to do that.

bgood.se has together with Nantahala Outdoor Center, Colorado Kayak Supply and Alder Creek created a paddle sports reuse program carrying benefits for our environment in more ways than the obvious ones.
